NMDで圧縮
There's also a NMD file inside that contains the raw skeleton data if anyone wants to take a look. I tried, and didn't get beyond what I was told. There seems to be 239 bones.... and the first set of bone transform data starts at 0x40 and each entry is 80 bytes. There's another set of transform data at 0x5710... and each entry is 64 bytes. The first set looks like local transforms with parent and object tags, and the second set is absolute/global transforms (looks like a 4x4 matrix?).
I don't know how to extract it.
